ANDRÉS PINELA E HIJOS SL. it is a family company. Their staff comprises their director, Andrés Pinela, who has known how to combine the difficult task of moving on from purely craft methods for making ham, inherited first of all from his grandfather and then from his father, to the rational exploitation of the taste and bouquet of a good ham. He is joined by his three children, who, with sound business training, continue the today’s challenge: maintaining the quality image of a traditional product made in modern installations.
Their production center principal is located close to the Sierra de Guadarrama (wall of mountains). It has a capacity for 300,000 pieces. The process for making their products begins with a careful selection of the raw material from recognized slaughterhouses and quartering facilities approved by the EU and accordance with the quality standards laid.
Two companies of certification realize several inspections per year to check and to certify that his products find the quality and, on everything, requirements of traceability everywhere of the process of preparation. This will allow other country palates to enjoy the delicacies of their products: hams and shoulders of Iberian pork.
