PACKAGING

The market the products are mainly as whole pieces. The Iberian shoulder comes wrapped into a bag white cloth and packaged in a cardboard box.

However, also offer the boned product in a vacuum pack or sliced and packaged in a protected atmosphere (100 gr.- 150 gr.- 200 gr.)

BEST BEFORE: 1 year from date of expedition.

CONDITIONS OF DISTRIBUTION: The Iberian shoulder needs no preparation prior to consumption, since it is a product that can be consumed without any treatment. It´s recommended to eat at room temperature to appreciate the full extent its organoleptic characteristics. If the product is boning or slicing, should be stored between 0-5 ° C (32-40 º F) and open the container ten minutes at room temperature, before consuming.
